Forza has designed the perfect performance program for Pre-Academy and Academy players. The Academy and Pre-Academy program is targeted to boys and girls 4U to 11U. Players in this program will train two days per week. They will attend tournaments and play CAYSA league. Academy is for younger players who are looking for a more competitive environment and are looking to get prepared for the Select Program level.

Forza emphasizes player development. Our Academy players/teams regularly perform at a higher level playing above the team's true age level. Some of the aspects trained under this methodology include technique, understanding gameplay situations, personal character development, and speed training. Forza provides challenging educational sessions based on the fundamentals of Soccer. In addition, players who show commitment and improvement will regularly get invited to train with the older group to challenge them to continue to develop their ability and skills.

We educate and transmit values that represent Forza: respect, solidarity, friendship, fair play, integration, effort, team spirit, commitment, and enjoyment the game.

COMPETITION 
Forza Pre-Academy and Academy is focusing on the development of the player. We will be taking the team to tournaments with the objective of learning while practicing aspects worked on during training. Teams will also be playing Academy League under Caysa.

UNIFORMS
Players must purchase the Pre-Academy & Academy uniform separately from the registration fee. The uniform is a one-time purchase.
